第1条　事業者情報

本プライバシーポリシーは、JTASナビ（以下「本アプリ」）の開発者（以下「開発者」）が、利用者の情報を取り扱う方針について定めるものです。

第2条　収集する情報

本アプリは、以下の情報をお客様の端末内にのみ保存します。

本アプリが収集・送信しない情報：

  • 氏名・生年月日・住所等の個人識別情報
  • 患者を特定できる情報
  • 位置情報
  • カメラ・マイクへのアクセス情報

第3条　情報の利用目的

保存された情報は、以下の目的のみに使用されます。

  • トリアージ参照履歴の表示・統計集計
  • アプリ設定の保持

第4条　情報の第三者提供

開発者は、利用者の情報を第三者に提供、開示、または販売しません。

本アプリは、外部サーバー・クラウドサービス・第三者のサーバーに対して、いかなるデータも送信しません。すべてのデータはお客様の端末内にのみ保存されます。

第5条　外部サービスの利用

PDF共有機能について：

利用者がPDFを共有する際、お客様の端末のシステム共有機能（iOS：共有シート、Android：インテント）を使用します。共有先のアプリやサービスへのデータ提供については、各サービスのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。開発者は共有されたデータを受け取りません。

第6条　データの保存期間と削除

  • 保存されたトリアージ参照履歴は、アプリ内の「履歴」画面から手動で削除できます。
  • アプリをアンインストールすることで、すべてのデータが端末から削除されます。
  • 開発者はデータのバックアップを保持しません。

第7条　セキュリティ

本アプリは端末標準のストレージ（SharedPreferences）を使用してデータを保存します。端末のロック機能（パスコード・Face ID・指紋認証）を設定することで、データへの不正アクセスを防ぐことができます。

第8条　対象利用者

本アプリは有資格の医療従事者を対象としています。13歳未満の方および一般の方を対象としておらず、そのような方の個人情報を意図的に収集しません。

第9条　薬機法に関する事項

⚠ 本アプリは、医薬品、医療機器等の品質、有効性及び安全性の確保等に関する法律（薬機法）に規定する医療機器ではありません。本アプリが提供する情報は参考情報であり、医療機器としての機能を提供するものではありません。

第10条　プライバシーポリシーの変更

開発者は、法令の改正や機能の追加等に応じて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリのアップデート時にお知らせします。

Article 1 — Developer Information

This Privacy Policy describes how the developer of JTAS Navi (the "App") handles user information.

Article 2 — Information We Collect

The App stores the following information on your device only.

Information the App does NOT collect or transmit:

  • Personally identifiable information (name, date of birth, address, etc.)
  • Any information that could identify a specific patient
  • Location data
  • Camera or microphone data

Article 3 — Purpose of Use

Stored information is used solely for the following purposes:

  • Displaying triage reference history and generating statistics
  • Retaining app settings

Article 4 — Sharing with Third Parties

The developer does not share, disclose, or sell user information to third parties.

The App does not transmit any data to external servers, cloud services, or third-party servers. All data remains on your device.

Article 5 — Third-Party Services

PDF Sharing:

When you share a PDF, the App uses your device's system share function (iOS: Share Sheet, Android: Intent). Data shared via third-party apps is governed by their respective privacy policies. The developer does not receive any shared data.

Article 6 — Data Retention and Deletion

  • Triage reference history can be manually deleted from the History screen within the App.
  • Uninstalling the App removes all data from your device.
  • The developer does not retain any backup of your data.

Article 7 — Security

The App uses the device's standard storage (SharedPreferences). You can protect your data by enabling your device's lock screen (passcode, Face ID, or fingerprint).

Article 8 — Intended Users

This App is intended for licensed healthcare professionals. It is not directed at individuals under the age of 13 or the general public, and we do not knowingly collect information from such individuals.

Article 9 — Compliance with Yakki-hō

⚠ This App is NOT a medical device as defined under Japan's Act on Securing Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Products Including Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices (Yakki-hō). All information provided by the App is for reference only and does not constitute any medical device function.

Article 10 — Changes to This Policy

The developer may update this Privacy Policy in response to legal changes or new features. Significant changes will be communicated via app updates.
